1 · Review your quote
Your account shows the scope, itemized USD total, deposit, balance and acceptance criteria. Accepting records the exact version you reviewed.
2 · Pay the agreed deposit
Checkout is available only when billing is enabled for your account and the accepted project is eligible. A return from checkout alone never confirms payment.
3 · Review the delivery
Viridis attaches a preserved decision record and a human review summary against the agreed criteria. Assumptions, unknowns and conditional conclusions stay visible.
4 · Settle and receive your files
Any remaining balance follows the reviewed-delivery milestone. Scoped downloads unlock when the recorded payment and delivery requirements are satisfied.
Your accepted price stays fixed. Additional work requires a new reviewed proposal and your approval. It does not silently change an accepted scope or amount.
What this engagement establishes
You receive the agreed analysis and review deliverables. Conditional scenarios remain conditional; they do not establish field outcomes, create conservation credits, grant land permissions or replace legal or registry acceptance.
The public decision workspace remains available for free conditional previews and local exports. Existing services, including the separate prioritization report, retain their own terms.
